High-precision cutting
Our products use high-pressure water jets for cutting. When the water flows through the nozzle, it can generate extremely high cutting pressure, with an accuracy of ±0.1mm. Compared with traditional mechanical cutting, water jet cutting does not produce a heat-affected zone, so it will not cause deformation or cracking of the tile surface.

 

Low-noise operation
Compared with other cutting equipment, the operating noise of our equipment is very low. During the operation of traditional mechanical cutting equipment, due to high-frequency vibration and friction of cutting tools, it will generate a lot of noise, while water jet cutting uses the action of water flow to perform contactless cutting, which greatly reduces the generation of noise.

Maintenance

Check the water flow system regularly
The water flow system is the core part of the water jet cutting machine. Keeping the water flow unobstructed is the basis for ensuring cutting accuracy and normal operation of the equipment. It is recommended to check the connection status of the water pump and the water pipe system every month to clean possible scale and impurities. Depending on the frequency of equipment use, the filter of the water pump needs to be replaced every three months to ensure the stability of the water flow and avoid damage to the water pump.

 

Nozzle and cutting head maintenance
The nozzle is a key component in the water jet cutting machine, and its precision directly affects the cutting effect. When high-pressure water flows through the nozzle, long-term use will cause the nozzle to wear or clog. Therefore, we recommend checking the wear of the nozzle every week. If the nozzle aperture is found to be larger or clogged, it should be replaced or cleaned in time. To ensure the cutting quality, the service life of the nozzle is usually 1000 hours, and it needs to be replaced if it exceeds this time.

 

Maintenance of high-pressure pump
The high-pressure pump is the power source for driving the water flow, and its normal operation is crucial to the performance of the equipment. Check the oil level and lubrication of the high-pressure pump regularly, and replace the pump oil every six months. Due to the high working pressure of the high-pressure pump, the seals and piston rings in the pump are easy to wear. It is necessary to check regularly for leakage or abnormal sounds to ensure that they can continue to be used without abnormalities.

 

Inspection of the electrical system
The electrical system of our machine needs to be checked regularly to ensure the safety and stability of the equipment during operation. Check the power cord, grounding system and control panel every month to ensure that there are no aging, loose or damaged parts. Maintain the workbench and cutting area

Long-term high-pressure water flow causes certain erosion on the surface of the workbench, so the sink of the workbench should be cleaned regularly to ensure that there is no water accumulation and debris to avoid affecting the cutting accuracy. It is recommended to thoroughly clean the workbench with clean water once a week and check the tightness of the fixing bolts.

 

Regular comprehensive inspection
Every six months, conduct a comprehensive inspection of the entire equipment, covering all key components such as the water flow system, electrical system, high-pressure pump, nozzle and workbench. Through regular comprehensive inspections, potential problems with the equipment can be discovered in advance, avoiding production losses caused by overhauls or equipment downtime.

 

Keep it clean
Keeping the equipment clean is an important part of extending the service life of this equipment. There will be water mist and fine tile particles during the cutting process, so clean the dust, debris and other stains on the machine surface, nozzle and workbench every week. For some difficult-to-clean parts, professional cleaning tools can be used for deep cleaning.

 

Timely troubleshooting
If the equipment fails or abnormalities during operation, it should be stopped immediately for inspection and troubleshooting. Common faults include nozzle blockage, abnormal water flow pressure, electrical system failure, etc. For those who are not familiar with the structure of the equipment, it is recommended to contact professional technicians for processing to avoid greater damage due to improper operation.
