Features
Five-axis linkage high-precision cutting
The core feature of our equipment is the five-axis linkage control system. Compared with the traditional three-axis system, the five-axis system adds two rotation axes (A axis and B axis) to enable the water jet nozzle to cut in multiple directions and angles. This design enables the equipment to accurately process complex three-dimensional shapes and beveled workpieces, and also improves cutting accuracy and flexibility. Finally, the accuracy of the system can usually reach ±0.05mm, which can meet the needs of industrial processing with high precision requirements.
High-pressure water jet cutting
The 5 Axis Water Jet CNC Machine tool uses high-pressure water jet as the cutting medium, and the water jet pressure can reach up to 60,000 psi (about 4100 bar). Under high pressure, the water jet and abrasive are mixed to form a strong cutting force, which can easily cut metal, stone, ceramics, glass and other materials.
Highly automated
Our machine tool is equipped with a highly automated CNC system. Users only need to input cutting parameters and paths through the computer, and the equipment can automatically complete the cutting work. The five-axis control system can adjust the angle and direction of the water jet nozzle in real time and accurately control the cutting process.
