High-precision cutting system
Our machine is equipped with dynamic pressure compensation technology, the working pressure is stable in the range of 380-420MPa, the fluctuation rate is ≤1.5%, and with a 0.15mm diamond nozzle, the cutting accuracy is ±0.2mm. Secondly, according to the characteristics of marble texture, the system automatically adjusts the water flow impact angle (within ±0.5°) to avoid the collapse of natural stone edges, and the cutting surface roughness Ra≤6.3μm, which can be directly used for high-end decorative surfaces.

Anti-wear core components
The core cutting head of our machine adopts a silicon carbide ceramic hybrid structure (Vickers hardness 2800HV). The wear resistance of our cutting head is 8 times that of ordinary alloys, and the continuous cutting life exceeds 2000 hours.

Working principle

High-pressure water jet pressurization
The workflow of Waterjet Cutting Machine Marble starts with a high-pressure pump. The high-pressure pump pressurizes ordinary water to 4000 to 6000 bar, which gives the water jet extremely high impact energy. Through pressurization, the speed of the water jet can reach more than 300 meters per second, which has enough power for cutting.

Water jet and abrasive synergy
The pressurized water is ejected through a small nozzle, the nozzle diameter is generally 0.1 to 0.4 mm. In order to increase cutting efficiency, the water jet is often mixed with abrasives (such as garnet). The abrasive is hit by the high-speed water jet at a very high speed on the marble surface, quickly cutting the hard material.
