High-power spindle

Water-cooled spindles have stronger heat dissipation capabilities than air-cooled spindles, which can reduce spindle temperature when working under high load for a long time, extending the life of the equipment by more than 20%.
Efficient cooling system
During the stone processing process, high temperatures are generated on the surface of the tool and the material, which may cause premature wear of the tool. The equipment is equipped with a dual-channel water circulation cooling system, which can continuously cool the tool and workpiece during the processing process, extending the tool life by 25%-30%.
Waterproof and dustproof design
The components of our products adopt a fully enclosed protection design to effectively prevent stone dust and water mist from entering the motor, guide rail and screw system. The processing area is equipped with a stainless steel water retaining groove and sealing structure to prevent cooling water from penetrating into electronic components and reduce the failure rate.
Working principle
The CNC system receives processing instructions
Before processing, the operator uses CAD/CAM software to create the engraving or cutting design and converts it into G code or DXF file. After the CNC control system reads this data, it analyzes the tool trajectory and calculates the feed speed, cutting depth and processing path optimization plan to ensure maximum material utilization and reduce invalid running time.
Precision drive system controls tool movement
The equipment uses servo motors or stepper motors to drive the X, Y, and Z axes, combined with high-precision ball screws and linear guides to control the tool movement error within 0.01mm.
- The X-axis controls the left and right movement of the tool to ensure that the entire working area is covered.
- The Y-axis controls the forward and backward movement of the tool to adjust the engraving pattern or cutting path.
- The Z-axis controls the up and down movement of the tool to determine the cutting depth.
- The three-axis coordinated movement allows the tool to run according to the set path to complete fine engraving or precise cutting.
High-speed spindle drives the tool to cut stone
The spindle motor drives the tool to rotate, with a common power range of 7.5kW to 15kW and a speed of up to 24,000RPM. The cutter is generally made of diamond or carbide to ensure good wear resistance and cutting ability. The high speed combined with the precise feed speed enables the equipment to quickly cut marble and granite and ensure smooth cutting edges without cracking.
The cooling system reduces the temperature and controls the dust
The stone cutting process will generate high temperature and dust, so the CNC stone engraving machine is equipped with a water cooling or oil cooling system to spray coolant on the cutter and workpiece through a nozzle.
